  • What are your operating hours?
    We are open to serve you from Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm. On Saturdays, we operate from 9am - 7pm, and on Sundays, we are open from 9am - 8pm.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship nationally inside of Ecuador. Please contact us for international shipping.
  • What payment options do you offer?
    On completing your order in the shopping cart, Artezama will send you a message providing you with the bank details and information to make the purchase. The order total including the shipping cost payment is due prior to the shipping of your products. Once your payment has been registered we will proceed to ship your order asap. Payments can be made via cash deposit or online transaction and a copy of the digital or physical receipt has to be sent to us to confirm your payment. Thank you for choosing Artezama!
