SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on the volume of orders, we ship nationally twice a week with Servientrega or Cooperativa Loja de Transportes. The shipping cost is covered by the client and is additional to the total of the purchase amount. We offer free shipping from $90 orders onwards. The shipping cost will be evaluated and confirmed previously according to the weight and volume of the parcel. The minimum cost for national shipping with servientrega is 6.00

RETURN POLICY

Artezama only offers returns or refunds if there is a fundamental problem with the container or structure of the product itself. The return policy or refunding is valid within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with anything regarding your purchase and we will try to find a fair solution.
