SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING​
Depending on the volume of orders, we ship nationally twice a week with Servientrega or Cooperativa Loja de Transportes. The shipping cost is covered by the client and is additional to the total of the purchase amount. We offer free shipping from $90 orders onwards. The shipping cost will be evaluated and confirmed previously according to the weight and volume of the parcel. The minimum cost for national shipping with servientrega is $6.00​​​​
RETURNS
​Artezama only offers returns or refunds if there is a fundamental problem with the container or structure of the product itself. The return policy or refunding is valid within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with anything regarding your purchase and we will try to find a fair solution.

Offline Payments
On completing your order in the shopping cart, Artezama will send you a message providing you with the bank details and information to make the purchase. The order total including the shipping cost payment is due prior to the shipping of your products. Once your payment has been registered we will proceed to ship your order asap. Payments can be made via cash deposit or online transaction and a copy of the digital or physical receipt has to be sent to us to confirm your payment.
